Information submitted through forms

Daffodil Telephone Entertainment receives the information you enter in its management and partnership form or its bookings and production form. Depending on the form, this may include contact information, artist or company details, music and social links, project goals, event dates, locations, budgets and production requirements.

How information is used

DTE uses submitted information to assess fit, availability and scope; respond to the inquiry; prepare a proposal or quote; and coordinate a potential management, partnership, performance or production relationship.

Artist materials

Submitting music or other materials does not create a management relationship, confidentiality agreement or obligation to review or respond. Do not submit material that you are not authorized to share.

Website security and technical data

The site uses a temporary session cookie to protect inquiry forms against cross-site request forgery. The forms also use short-lived anti-abuse controls that may process an IP address or a one-way derivative of it, request timing, and standard browser request headers. These controls are used for security and spam prevention rather than advertising.

Sharing and selling

DTE does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with performers, production personnel or service providers when reasonably necessary to evaluate or fulfill a request.

Mailing list

DTE will use an email address for announcements only when the submitter separately opts into the mailing list. The submitter may request removal at any time.

Retention and requests

Inquiries and related correspondence may be retained for business, legal and recordkeeping purposes. You may request correction or deletion, subject to legal or contractual retention requirements.
